detail throughout. Interesting inset of the coast of Holland in Ancient times. Richly
decorated with a large title cartouche with a sailing ship and the coat of arms of the
Duke of Glocester, to whom the map is dedicated. Fine impression and condition except for

et Amerique, ou Desciptione des Principles Villes, avec Leur Fortifications, Paris,
ca. 1710. 6 x 4.2". (BW) Four miniature plans on a sheet of fine hand-laid paper.
Each depicts a fortified city with two showing armies attacking the city. Each has at
least one lovely cartouche. The Moyenvic plan is a birds-eye view of the walled
castle surrounded by an attacking army. Could be split into four separate sheets. (A+)

Extends west beyond Rouen, Neufchatel-en-Bray, south to Orleans, and east to La Fere and nearly to Reims. Handsomely colored. (A) $ 60

(FC) Three colorful maps (one single sheet and the other two on a double page). Together covering the whole of the German Empire. 15.7". (OC) Handsome sea chart of the Greek island with a good depiction of it harbor

lines decorate the map. Trimmed close, as issued, but still adequate for matting. Minor

issued. Covers all of southern Europe, northern Africa and Asia up to the Caspian Sea.
Finely engraved detail throughout, particularly on the Arabian peninsula. Very large
decorative title cartouche surrounded by figures. Short split on fold and a tear just into
