Handsome sea chart of the Schleswig-Holstein coastline with the fortified cities of Rypen and Husum. Provides great detail of the islands including anchorages, soundings and navigational hazards. The chart is oriented with two decorative compass roses and the title cartouche ornamented with two putti.

Original color. Toned with a bit of light foxing. Backed with 18th or 19th century paper for additional strength, as is common for sea charts. Paper in bottom margin is weakened.
