Beautifully engraved map of the region by Timothy Pont, famous surveyor of Scotland. The map is covered with mountains, forests, castles, and villages. Two title cartouches - one Latin and the other English. Bottom cartouche flanked by knights in armor and soldiers.

Condition: B

Nice impression with original color and full, untrimmed, margins. Discoloration on centerfold toned with pastel, otherwise a very nice example.
