Finely engraved map covering from the United States through the Amazon River in South America. There is no topographical detail shown in North America, as the map concentrates on Central America, the Caribbean and South America. Decorative rococo-style cartouche and surrounding border that was printed from a separate copper plate.

Slight toning on centerfold and a couple of tiny spots, else very good.
