Fine sea chart of the west coast of India covering from Vengurla to Cochin. Flags representing the various European forts mark their locations along the coastline. The islands and shoals of Lakshadoweep are well detailed. The map is adorned with a decorative title cartouche, scale of miles, compass rose and rhumb lines.

Printed on heavy weight paper with very wide margins. Fine old coloring.
