A fine copper engraved map covering the western end of New Guinea and part of the Spice Islands to the west (Sallawatty, Patenta, Gammen, Land van Waigeeuw, Popo, Mixoal and part of Ceram). Many smaller islands are detailed and depths are shown near Ceram and to the east of Mixoal. The coastlines of discovered islands are shown with many harbors.
