Large map compiled from the official records of the General Land Office and other sources. Legend locates land offices, county seats, subdivided townships, railroad stations, Indian reservations, etc. The broad band across the map marks the ten and twenty mile limits of the land grants extended to help finance the Kansas Pacific Railroad.

Issued folding, now pressed and backed with archival tissue. Lightly toned along two folds and a little offsetting in blank area below map, else very good.
