Fabulous advertising map by Louis P. Roberts, Prop. Folds into chromolithographic pictorial wrapper showing a woman playing in the surf. Concentric circles radiating at 1/4 mile intervals from the "New Cliff's Hotel and Cottages." Shows property owners including the Astors, J. Pierpont Morgan, the Vanderbilts, etc., scenes of estates and hotel grounds including a tennis match. Printed by Photogravure & Color Co., N.Y. We find no references for this scarce advertising piece.
