A great military-themed view that details the art and weaponry of war. Shows 'modern' weaponry including various sizes and types of canons and mortars, some wild rolling-spiked contraptions, including one that is flaming, and a large sky rocket. Shows the correct positioning of batteries, plus shells, bombs, and other artillery pieces. Plus sea battles, the structure of fortified batteries or forts, and much more. At bottom are two large bronze canons with their various type shells, some looking quite gruesome. Topped off with a 32-point compass rose.
