This delicately rendered map describes the Kingdom of Portugal with an excellent amount of detail despite its small size. The map is filled with tiny named villages and towns, as well as a good representation of the topography and river systems. The sea is stipple engraved and adorned with calligraphic lettering and a simple compass.

Nice impression and good original margins. The map has ink notes in a hand contemporary to the map with the compass points noted in the margins with one in the map.
