A very large and scarce lithographic map that includes a portion of lower Manhattan. Counties are delineated by outline hand color, while the surrounding waters were lithographically printed in a vibrant blue ink. The highly detailed map shows rail lines, roads, schools, motels, lighthouses, marshes, life saving stations, soundings and the Shinnecock Indian Reservation. The map was lithographed by Albert Volk. Folds into red paper covers with printed title and advertisements on three sides.

Several intersectional folds have been reinforced with archival tape on verso. A very nice example.
