This elephant folio atlas contains 41 tabs to maps of the downtown areas of most New England cities of any size at the end of WWII. Each map is highly detailed and show land ownership. Phillips notes there is no Boston map despite a tab being present, the same state as this atlas. No past sales located however Rumsey has one Nirenstein atlas of the South.
