This interesting pair of maps shows the extent of the Roman and Alexandrian empires throughout Europa, Northern Africa and the Middle East. The fist map covers Europe and Northern Africa and includes an inset map of the Western Hemisphere. The second map covers the Eastern Mediterranean to India and includes a map of the Eastern Hemisphere. The maps are filled with detail and historical notations.
