This large map covers the southern part of Europe, the Mediterranean and Northern Africa. The details are largely devoted to Egypt and the Barbary Coast. The map is based on the cartography of D'Anville and is filled with notations in the otherwise mostly blank interior.

Wide original margins and original color. There is a soft horizontal fold and remnants of brown paper hinges on verso, else fine.
