This attractive German world map on Mercator's projection shows the extent of four major religious groups including Roman Catholics, Protestants, Orthodox Christians and Muslims. Outside of Russia, Asia is largely ignored, as is Australia outside of Sydney. A table at top right shows the population of the continents and religious groups.
