Superb map of southern Italy filled with detailed information including fortresses, cities, villages, mountains, volcanoes, etc. The beautiful title cartouche is composed of the arms of the various provinces held aloft by putti, which is counterbalanced by the scale of miles featuring the arms of Naples.

Condition: B+

Lovely original color that has been partially refreshed, light soiling, and a couple of professionally repaired centerfold separations. The top and bottom margins have been extended a bit to accommodate framing.
