The handsome map, engraved in Sanson's distinctive style, is centered on Sjaelland and covers all of Denmark and part of southern Sweden where a dramatic title cartouche obscures the interior. Engraved by R. Cordier.

Condition: A

A nice, early impression on watermarked paper with original outline color and later color in the cartouche. There are a couple of insignificant spots and light toning along sheet edges.
