England and Wales are the focus of this elegantly engraved map, which also extends to include small portions of Scotland, Ireland, and the northern coast of France. Counties, towns and cities, rivers, and mountains are shown, and several islands around Great Britain, including Isle of Man, Anglesey, and, spilling out of the border at bottom left, the Isles of Scilly. A decorative title cartouche adorns the upper right corner.
