This elegantly engraved map of southern Germany includes Heidelberg, Augsburg, Stutgart, Constance, and Strassburg. Teeming with information, it shows a number of cities in the form of miniature plans and many smaller towns and villages. The decorative title cartouche features two Roman soldiers and a river god.

Full original color. There are a couple of minor spots, a centerfold separation that just enters the neatline at top, and an archivally repaired centerfold separation that enters 1" into map at bottom.
