This rare pocket map and guide of Milwaukee names all streets which are keyed to an index at left. To the right of the map is a general index including the location of colleges, banks, breweries (Schlitz, Blatz, Pabst, and Miller), post offices, libraries, and Turner Halls (German social halls). Includes a 40-page guide to the city. This is the third revised edition, printed by H.H. Zahn. A note below the map indicates Zahn performs "printing in all its branches, in the English and German languages," recognizing the large influx of recent German settlers in the region. Folds into light blue printed paper wrappers.

A very nice example with no tears or fold separations and just a few minor spots to the right of the title. Paper wrappers have some light staining, a few short edge tears on verso, and remnants of an old stamp on recto.
