This detailed and very uncommon map of the region of Valencia extends to the island of Ibiza in the Mediterranean. A legend at bottom right identifies cities of various sizes, forts and castles, markets, abbeys, and more. The large stone title cartouche is draped with a garland and depicts the bow of a ship. A compass rose orients north to the top right corner of the chart.
