Nicely detailed small map of the German Empire stretching from Holland to Poland and from Switzerland to Hungary. The map is decorated with an elegant strapwork title cartouche incorporating the distance scale, as well as a sailing ship and a compass rose. German text on verso.

Nice impression and color on watermarked paper with minor show-through of text on verso and foxing primarily confined to the blank margins.
