This is an uncommon Italian bird's-eye view of the harbor and town of Cartagena and the surrounding area. The plan and fortifications are linked to an extensive key below the title at left. A compass rose orients north to the top right.

A crisp impression with faint toning along the centerfold and light creasing in the wide margins.
