This rare chart of the southern tip of Italy and Sicily extends to include parts of Sardinia, the Barbary coast, Malta, and Greece. Place names are confined to the coastlines, and large cities are denoted by miniature castles. A flaming Mt. Etna is depicted in Sicily. Adorned with a decorative compass rose.
