This beautifully engraved sea chart covers the western coast of Africa from Libreville, Gabon, to Lobito, Angola, and locates a number of place names and shoals along the coastline. North is oriented to the left by two compass roses capped with fleurs-de-lis. The decorative title cartouche at top left features two figures and wildlife.

A nice impression with original color. There is light offsetting and toning and a short centerfold separation at bottom.
