This uncommon little map of the continent extends from the Mediterranean to the East Indies. The Caspian Sea (Mer de Kilan) is depicted in a round formation and only the western edge of Ter. de Jesso is visible along the right border of the map. The unnamed and fictitious Chamay Lake is located with five rivers flowing south and the Great Wall of China is prominently depicted. Decorated by a title cartouche featuring a female sitting atop an elephant.
