A lovely small map of the eastern hemisphere, focusing on the river systems in each continent. A few geographical inaccuracies are evident even on this small map, including a remnant of the great Southern Continent, a horizontally oriented Caspian Sea, and an unnamed Chimay Lacus in southern Asia with five rivers flowing south.

A nice impression on a bright sheet of watermarked paper with contemporary outline color and some additional later coloring. There is minor marginal soiling and the right margin has been extended to accommodate framing.
