Handsome map of Norway fully engraved with political boundaries, towns, and the topography of the land. An inset at top left depicts the northern coastline. The map is adorned with a decorative title cartouche surrounded by putti and the coat of arms of the region.

References:

Condition: A

A dark impression with contemporary outline color, a few spots of printer's ink residue, and a couple of minor spots. There are professional repairs to several worm tracks, mostly confined to the blank margins, with a minor amount of the border replaced in facsimile. Remargined at left to accommodate framing.
