This masterfully engraved map of Scandinavia extends to the east to include portions of Russia, the Baltic states, and the northern part of Germany and Poland. Political divisions are delineated, and numerous towns and cities are located. A decorative title cartouche featuring Ulrika Eleonora, Queen of Sweden, and an Edenic scene adorns the top left corner.

A crisp impression with contemporary outline color on a bright, sturdy sheet. There is very light toning along the centerfold and faint damp stains along the right and left edges of the sheet.
