This map of the Lombardy region locates hundreds of small towns around Milan and Brescia. The extensive system of rivers in the area is well depicted, and Lake Como and Lake Garda are prominently depicted. The map is adorned with a strapwork title cartouche that incorporates the distance scale. French text on verso.

A crisp impression on a clean, bright sheet. A tiny tear at left and a crease at top right are all confined to the blank margins.
