This exquisitely engraved plan shows Bruges and its fortifications along with its system of canals. A numbered and lettered key at right identifies numerous locations, while German text in the left margin provides historical context.

Condition: A

A nice example on a bright sheet with marginal soiling and an extensive, old manuscript notation in the left blank margin.
