This is handsome German map depicts Crete. There are many place names and nice topographical detail across the island. Near the center of the island, das Labirint (the labyrinth) is identified. Several smaller islands are shown to the north. The map also features a decorative title cartouche and five distance scales.

On paper with a heart watermark and marginal soiling.
