This detailed chart covers the entire Indian Ocean and is filled with navigational information including currents, winds, water temperatures, and trade routes. A color-coded key at bottom depicts the areas of the ocean subject to monsoons (green and yellow) and both hurricanes and typhoons (red). The chart extends to include the northwestern Pacific Ocean including the Philippines and Japan.
