This superb, large map follows the Rhine, Moselle, Meuse and Neckar Rivers through Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Switzerland. The map is densely detailed with hundreds of towns, forests, mountains, and the extensive river system. The lovely title cartouche features river gods and putti. Surrounding the map are bird's-eye plans of 18 cities along the rivers, including Cologne, Basel, Strasbourg, Trier, Namur, Maastricht, and Luxembourg.
