This boldly and intricately engraved map depicts the confluence of the Moselle and Rhine rivers, including the fortified cities of Bonn, Koblenz, Trier, and Mainz. The striking title cartouche is surrounded by allegorical figures and a coat of arms. It also incorporates two distance scales and a key identifying cities, towns, villages, castles, abbeys, academies, and more. This issue adds Schenk's imprint to the title cartouche.

A fine impression with contemporary color. There are a few short splits and small wormhole along the centerfold.
