This attractive bird's-eye view of the peninsula by W.H. Bull prominently depicts the Monterey Peninsula Country Club, Hotel Del Monte and the town of Carmel with driving routes highlighted in red and yellow. Locates the Pebble Beach Golf Course along with several others. The view is the centerfold to a brochure of the region with title "The Monterey Peninsula California at its Best" containing text and many illustrations. Self-folding into pictorial wrappers. The staples have been removed from the brochure and consists of two sheets measuring 24 x 9".

Issued folding with minor wear along the fold lines and a small chip in the image at bottom right that has been replaced with a small portion of image in facsimile. One of the text pages has been clipped in the top right corner in order to provide the paper to make the repair to the map.
