This pictorial map is by Edward Rowe Snow and was created for tourists visiting Boston, Boston Bay and Cape Cod. Important sites, historical events, and local activities are depicted pictorially. A large inset gives a bird's-eye plan of Provincetown with key historical events noted. The route of the passenger ships from Provincetown to Boston is well marked on the map. Snow published over 100 books primarily focused on New England coastal history and was a columnist for The Patriot Ledger in Quincy, Massachusetts.
