The facsimile atlas also reproduces the title page showing Holy Roman Emperor Ferdinand III surrounded by seven Electors in ermine cloaks. The German-language introduction is by Dr. Traudl Seifert, head of the map collection at Bayerische Staatsbibliothek. Hardbound in green leather with raised bands and gilt tooling and title on spine.
