This promotional brochure contains two views on one sheet. The upper view depicts the entire length of Lake George from Fort William Henry Hotel to Ticonderoga with the company's steamboat lines highlighted in the water. Surrounded by text with title "Lake George - America's Most Delightful and Fascinating Summer Resort." The lower view presents the broader region extending from Albany north to Montreal and prominently depicts the lines of the Delaware & Hudson Railway weaving through the region in red overprinting. The view is copyrighted in 1911 by A.A. Heard. The verso contains smaller maps of each lake, photographic illustrations, transportation schedules, and related text. Self-folding into pictorial wrappers with an image of a steamship (4.1 x 9.2").

Map images are clean and colorful with a number of tiny separations along two folds in the bottom image only visible when held to light. There are a few additional separations along the horizontal fold between the two images. Issued folding.
