This is a handsome map covering the region from the Nile Delta to Lebanon. It shows the extent of the Patriarchate of Jerusalem in Roman times. An elegantly designed title cartouche fills the Mediterranean Sea.

Condition: A

A dark impression on a sheet with a bunch of grapes watermark, contemporary outline color, and attractive later color in the title cartouche. There is light foxing along the sheet's edges, well away from map image.
