This pictorial map of North America was designed by Jacques Lizou and published on the front cover of a Pan American World Airways (Pan Am) in-flight menu featuring "The President Special" by Maxim's de Paris, which is still in operation today. The map is filled with playful illustrations including a dogsled team and fur trapper in Canada, and bucking bronco and banjo player (on a bale of cotton) in the United States. The folder opens up to a two-page menu. Blank verso.
