Oriented with north to the left, this map of the Burgundy region includes Dijon, Chalon-sur-Saone, Autun, and Macon. It is densely engraved with tiny towns, the extensive river system in the region, forests, and mountains. The map is adorned with two decorative strapwork cartouches featuring putti and the Burgundy coat of arms. Blank verso, published between 1664-70.

A sharp impression with full contemporary color on a bright sheet with an extraneous crease adjacent to the centerfold and light toning along the edges of the sheet.
