Exquisite sea chart of the Atlantic with the coastlines of North America from Cape Charles to Newfoundland, the northern coast of South America , and the West Indies. The chart is richly decorated with two large cartouches surrounded by figures of explorers, natives, sea monsters and even a camel. In the sea are sailing ships, including a raging sea battle, and compass roses. Beautiful contemporary color and condition, with one spot in margin, else very fine. Reserve $800
