Complete with 55 maps, each surrounded in a decorative floral border. 29 of the maps are related to the United States with individual states, regions and city plans. There are two world maps. Embossed cloth with leather spine and gilt stamped title. Binding worn, but sound. Maps near fine throughout. A fine example of this desirable mid-nineteenth century atlas.
