Small woodblock map of the continent. It depicts the Nile's origins in twin lakes located near the "Mores Lunae". It excludes the Horn of Africa and the Cape of Good Hope, but many kingdoms of Central and North Africa are shown. On a sheet of French text with a woodcut illustration on the verso of the wild animals found on the continent. Reference Norwich #5. Small worm holes in margin, else fine.
