Fabulous copper engraved map centered on Nuremberg with the surrounding countryside. The map is decorated with a large title cartouche surmounted by a trumpeting angel and a coat of arms and a smaller text cartouche. At left is a large inset plan of the city with a key to the major buildings.

Condition: A

Lovely original color. Short tear in margin, else very fine.
