Engaging miniature map of the continent with the large mythical lake in Guyana, and Tierra del Fuego incorporated into Terra Australis. Decorated with a large strapwork title cartouche, scale of miles, sea monsters and a Spanish galleon sailing into the South Pacific. From an English edition of the Atlas Minor complete with text leaves providing an interesting description of the region.
