Fine map of Israel with north oriented to right based on the Visscher prototype. Large decorative title cartouche at bottom surrounded by vignettes depicting the life of Christ. At top, putti hold banners with the key to the map and scale of miles, while tiny ships sail in the sea. Dutch text on verso.

Tiny split and tear at bottom fold, just entering map border, closed with archival tape. Some faint offsetting.
