Lovely map of Israel with a large inset map of the region showing the Wandering of the Children of Israel titled "Carte de la Terre de Canaan ou Terre Promise…" Second state of the original map issued in 1750 with the peninsula of Seboim added in the Dead Sea. Two ornate cartouches signed by Groux, thus indicating a 1778 or later publication date for this map.
