Complete two-volume set of the government's publication covering the Civil War. Filled with 175 double-page sheets of mostly battle plans, troop movements, plus a few sheets of uniforms, weapons, flags. These plates were issued between 1891 and 1895 to accompany the Official Army Records. Very finely engraved and detailed. Nice set that will benefit from rebinding.

The maps are good to very good, with occasional tide marks and some cockling. Bindings are unmatched, bumped and rubbed with cover to Vol. II detached.
